By booking our grooming, daycare, or transport services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

📅 Bookings & Cancellations

• Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

• No-shows will automatically result in the booking fee being charged.

🐾 Pet Health & Safety

• Please ensure your pet is in good health and up-to-date with vaccinations.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if your pet shows signs of illness, aggression, or parasites (e.g., fleas or ticks).

• If your pet has any special needs, allergies, or medical conditions, please inform us at the time of booking.

💳 Payments

• Payments are due at the time of service.

• We accept cash, EFTPOS, and bank transfers.

• Booking fees are non-refundable but can be credited if cancellation is made with sufficient notice.

📍 Transport & Daycare

• Transport is available for regular clients within selected areas.

• Pets must be ready at the scheduled pickup time.

• Late pick-ups from daycare may incur an additional fee unless prior arrangements are made.

📸 Media

• We may take photos or videos of pets during grooming or playtime for promotional use on our website and social media.

• Please let us know if you do not consent to your pet being photographed.
