Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Joypet, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and allow us to accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy:

✅ Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeit of the booking fee.

• No-shows will automatically be charged the full booking fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.

💸 Refunds

• Booking fees are non-refundable, but if cancellation is made with at least 24 hours’ notice, the fee may be credited toward a future appointment.

• In case Joypet needs to cancel an appointment (e.g. due to weather, illness, or emergency), you will be contacted promptly and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of your booking fee.
