1. What qualifies for a price match?

We’ll match a competitor’s advertised or written quote when it:

• Is for the same or very similar service (e.g., full groom vs. full groom) for the same breed/coat condition.

• Is currently available to the general public (not an expired promo or member-only deal).

• Is quoted in AUD and the competitor operates within 10 km of Nerang, QLD.

2. Proof you’ll need

Please provide one of the following at the time of booking or before we start the service:

• A dated written quote or invoice (PDF, email screenshot, or message) showing the business name, service and price; or

• A live webpage or ad clearly displaying the price (send the link or screenshot).

• We must be able to verify the quote. If we can’t confirm it, we may decline the match.
  
  

3. Exclusions (not eligible)

We do not price match against:

• Mobile groomers working from home/van with significantly lower overheads.

• Introductory, bundle, loyalty, membership, gift-voucher, referral or staff-only discounts.

• Pricing errors, misprints or obvious mistakes.

• Services that differ in scope (e.g., no blow‑dry, no nail trim, express grooms, sedation fees, add‑ons).

• Quotes older than 14 days from the request.
  
  

4. One match per booking

Price match can be used once per pet per booking and cannot be combined with other Joypet offers, coupons or promotions.

5. After your appointment

Already paid and then found a cheaper price? Let us know within 3 days with proof.
We’ll credit the difference to your next groom (no cash refunds).

6. Final discretion

Joypet reserves the right to:

• Verify competitor pricing and service details.

• Refuse or limit a match where the competitor offer doesn’t meet these conditions.

• Modify or end this Price Match policy at any time without prior notice.
