We recommend drop-off for your cat’s comfort. Our groomer is trained in feline handling to minimise stress.

How long does cat grooming take?
Most appointments take 2 to 3 hours, depending on your cat’s coat condition and behaviour.

Why is bathing optional instead of included?
Every cat is different. We prioritize comfort and safety, so we only bathe when it benefits the coat/skin and your cat is relaxed enough to handle it. Just let us know if you’d like us to try.

What vaccines are required?
We require up-to-date F3 vaccinations. Please bring proof of vaccination for first-time visits.
